Pu-erh Tea

Pu’erh tea is a fermented tea known to sooth digestion and detoxify. Pu’erh is the most oxidized type of tea and like wine gets better with age. Because it is fully oxidized it does have a lower antioxidant level but is still believed to be very beneficial to ones health.
